The head of Matchroom Boxing promotion company Eddie Hearn announced that undisputed world super middleweight champion Saul Álvarez may return to the ring in May, 2022.
The Mexican had previously undergone surgery on his left hand.
I talked to Saul a few days ago, and he said he can start training in two months after the successful hand surgery. So there's no reason why he can't fight in May, but it depends on who he wants to box with.
