In the summer of 2021, VanZant fought at Bare Knuckle FC against her compatriot Rachael Ostovich. In this full-distance confrontation, Paige won by unanimous decision of the judges.
VanZant had her last fight in the UFC in July 2020 against Amanda Ribas of Brazil. That fight ended in Paige's defeat by a painful first-round submission.
