In the summer of 2021, VanZant fought at Bare Knuckle FC against Rachael Ostovich. In that confrontation, Paige was defeated by a unanimous decision.
VanZant had her last fight in the UFC in July 2020 against Brazilian Amanda Ribas. That fight ended in Paige's defeat by a painful submission in the first round.
