On August 4 at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles (USA), Cuban professional boxer David Morrell fought against American Radivoje Kalajdzic for the vacant WBA light heavyweight belt.
The fight went the full distance and ended with Morrell winning by unanimous decision of the judges (118-110, 117-111, 117-111).
The 26-year-old Morrell has 11 wins (nine by knockout) and no losses. The 33-year-old Kalajdzic has 29 wins (21 by knockout) and three losses.
