Former UFC double champion Conor McGregor revealed on his social media that he bet $500,000 on Nate Diaz to win against Jorge Masvidal.
On the morning of July 7th, Diaz defeated Masvidal by a majority decision. McGregor's winnings amounted to $1,625,000.
McGregor's last fight was against American Dustin Poirier in July 2021 at UFC 264. In that bout, Conor suffered a technical knockout due to a leg fracture. He currently holds 22 wins and six losses.
