Zhang Zhilei, the former interim WBO heavyweight champion from China, seeks a clash with Ukrainian boxer, the holder of the WBC, WBA, and WBO titles,Oleksandr Usyk.
On February 22, Zhilei will fight a WBC eliminator against Agit Kabayel. According to his manager Terry Lane, the winner of this bout will earn a fight against Usyk as the mandatory contender.
Zhilei has a tough fight ahead of him in Agit Kabayel on February 22. If he beats Kabayel, he will have, again, beat another top-10 heavyweight, and will cement himself as the second-best heavyweight on the planet behind Usyk. There is no question that should earn him a world title shot.
