Forbes has named the fees for Anthony Joshua and former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou for the fight, scheduled to take place on March 8 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
According to the agency, Joshua will ask for $50 million for the bout, while Ngannou can earn approximately $20 million, not counting payouts after pay-per-view sales.
Ngannou made his professional ring debut in October 2023. He had a bout against WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury. In that fight, Francis was defeated by a split decision of the judges.
Joshua last stepped into the ring against Otto Wallin in December 2023 in Saudi Arabia. That fight, which was stopped in the fifth round, ended in favor of Anthony by technical knockout. He has 27 wins (24 by knockout) and three losses on his record.
