Famous American boxer Ryan Garcia was officially charged over the incident that took place on 8 June in a Los Angeles hotel. ESPN reports about it.
The 25-year-old boxer has been charged with defacing other people's property. Garcia will appear in court on August 7, and if found guilty, he could go to county jail for one year.

The boxer's lawyer noted in a press statement that the boxer has already made amends and apologized to the hotel staff.
Garcia last fought against Devin Haney in April of this year in Brooklyn. Ryan initially won that fight by a majority decision, but he was subsequently disqualified for a year for a failed doping test, and the result of his fight with Haney was canceled. Garcia has 24 wins (20 by knockout) and one loss in his professional boxing career.
