The bout between Timofey Tszyu and Bakhram Murtazaliev took place on the night of October 20 and ended in a decisive victory for the reigning IBF titleholder. The fight lasted three rounds, during which Tszyu was knocked down four times. Tszyu's corner pulled him out when he was on the brink of a fifth knockdown.
