Former two-time light heavyweight title challenger Anthony Yarde expects to have a fight in the UK against either former world champion Callum Smith or Joshua Buatsi.
For myself, I feel like I’m in a very, very good position for big fights. Buatsi is one of them big fights. Callum Smith now again—that’s another big fight. The difference with someone like Callum Smith, he’s fought world champions. He’s fought the biggest name in boxing.

Yarde will next step into the ring against Serbian Marko Nikolic. That fight will take place on Boxing Night, which will be held on February 10 in London.
Yarde last fought against Portuguese Jorge Silva in September 2023. Anthony won that fight by knockout in the second round. He has 24 wins (23 by knockout) and three losses on his record in professional boxing.
