The Tennessee State Athletic Commission has sanctioned a bout between 59-year-old American Scot England and his 23-year-old compatriot Jashawn Hunter.
The fight, which will take place on the night of December 6 in Nashville, will be England's professional ring debut.
Hunter has fought six fights in the professional ring, losing all of them, five of them early.
