”The High Chief” earned his UFC contract for making it to the finale of The Ultimate Fighter season 30. Following a loss to Mohammed Usman in a heavyweight clash in his promotional debut at the finale, Zac Pauga moved down to 205. Currently, 2-1 in the promotion, the 35-year-old lost a controversial decision to Modesta Bukauskas last June. Earlier in 2022, he had defeated Jordan Wright for his solo win in the promotion. Pauga had competed in the LFA and Cage Warriors earlier in his career.
