Takuma Inoue
The 28-year-old who grew up watching his brother before joining him in the professional ranks finally carved a name for himself when he won Naoye’s former title last year. Takuma Inoue fought Liborio Solis for the 115-pound title, with the pound-for-pound great moving up to super bantamweight. This year, Takuma Inoue successfully defended the title twice, knocking out Jerwin Ancajas last February before retaining the title after a unanimous decision over Sho Ishida. Takuma Inoue turned pro in 2013 and has lost over twenty fights only once, a failed bid for the WBC bantamweight title against Nordine Oubaali.

Seiya Tsutsumi is ranked in the top ten by the major boxing promoters. The 28-year-old has won eight of his eleven victories by knockout and carries significant power. Unbeaten as a pro, Tsutsumi has two draws but has remained unbeaten. His power was evident when he dropped Kazuki Anajuchi four times to win a UD and retain the Japanese bantamweight title. Anajuchi later died in the hospital.
