Errol Spence
In April 2022, Errol Spence defeated Yordenis Ugás in Texas to pick up the WBA (Super) Welterweight title. This he added to his WBC and IBF Welterweight titles, leaving the path open to becoming the first unified Welterweight champion in the four-belt era. Spence was an exceptional amateur who won three consecutive United States national championships and represented the U.S. at the 2012 Olympics. His impressive amateur career, however, pales in comparison with his successes on the professional scene. "The Truth" beat Kell Brook for the IBF title in 2017 and followed it up with a Split Decision over Shawn Porter for the WBC strap in 2019 before unifying the titles last year.
