ZTE has introduced its elastic SD-WAN solution at the Open Networking Summit for enterprise customers to make full use of their network and data center resources.
ZTE said its elastic SD-WAN enables users to operate throughout the entire process from E2E connection, service purchase, launching, maintenance, to cancelling. Users can purchase PnP equipment to accomplish one-touch configuration and purchase BUY&PLAY services.
Its service virtualization reduces investment and O&M costs. The solution features locally deployed virtual value-added services. The unified service orchestration and one-key automated deployment takes less time, enables quicker service launching, and improves user experience. The unified ICT O&M platform significantly reduces human costs and realizes services in ICT cloud and network synergy.
With ZTE Elastic SD-WAN, application service providers can quickly open up value-added services and distribute these services to users through ZTE cloud application. This builds a complete ecosystem and product chain from platform, application, to the distribution channels.
ZTE has cooperated with more than 20 application service providers, covering the verticals of retailing, manufacturing, transportation etc.
Meanwhile, ZTE has announced that it has joined the Linux Foundation’s data plane development kit (DPDK) project. ZTE became a Gold member on the day that the DPDK community moved to the Linux Foundation.
