ZTE has revealed it expects to report a 43.5% increase in profit for 2015, with revenue exceeding 100 billion yuan for the first time.
Unaudited results from the company show a revenue increase for the year of around 23.8% to 100.8 billion yuan ($15.32 billion). Net profit meanwhile grew to a projected 3.78 billion yuan.
ZTE attributed the strong growth to higher LTE equipment sales internationally and in China, increased optical network sales due to stronger demand for broadband networks and sales of high-end routers in overseas markets.
Enterprise ICT solutions sales such as smart city and data center products also contributed to the year's gains. Sales of high-end smartphones outside of China also contributed, helping to compensate for the slowdown in ZTE's domestic market.
