- Digital Business Enabling Platform (d-BEP)
With this new platform developed from the Company’s BSS series, telecom companies are able to deliver more innovative services based on traditional offerings and third-party product catalogues, and increase operating income. d-BEP also helps clients create an omni-channel customer service experience that provides personalized, consistent user experience through different channels such as social media or instant messaging platforms.
- AI-powered OSS
To solve problems such as lack of interaction and convenient tools as well as low process efficiency, Whale Cloud works with Alibaba Cloud to redesign the interaction experience and business processes through AI, which improves the OSS interaction efficiency, process automation, service quality, and service management. Currently, AI has been used to enable four major OSS solutions: WhaleSupport (intelligent provisioning), Intelligent Outbound, Automatic Voice Quality Check, and Intelligent Operations.
- Big Data Analytics
The Company’s big data solution provides a big data analytics platform and an aggregation of solutions that use big data technologies as a base to create various kinds of solutions to boost a company’s performances in marketing, customer experience, and operation efficiency.
- WhaleTalk
WhaleTalk is the intelligent service solution that uses AI technologies such as intelligent service robot, intelligent voice recognition, voice synthesis, and intelligent analysis of Alibaba Cloud as the core engines and integrates Whale Cloud's more than 10 years of experience in customer service. It supports multiple access channels to make services more accessible. The AI technologies used by WhaleTalk make customer service automated and intelligent. Its powerful capability of interconnecting and integrating with business systems enables it to streamline the end-to-end service process, making services more efficient.
- Smart City
Powered by the Company’s self-developed technology, the solution is a one-stop platform for monitoring and managing the various kinds of public safety incidents, and can be used by government administrators of all levels. The system allows the clients to oversee the public safety events of all aspects in everyday life, including policing, firefighting, damages caused by natural disasters such as flooding, hurricanes, landslides, and other municipal complaints like water quality, air quality and noise pollution, among others.
- Smart Transportation
The solution comes with a comprehensive design powered by big data technology that lays out the current information of traffic and environment, provides controllable suggestions for problems on the roads, and monitors traffic.
In addition to the above-mentioned products, Whale Cloud also offers other services such as public services, water preservation, and IoT, among others.
