Apple bid to extend Samsung injunction scuppered

An Australian court has rejected Apple's request to have the injunction on Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales widened to include all Samsung tablets, and to require Samsung to inform Apple before it launches a new product into the market. Samsung has meanwhile lost a bid to have the iPhone 4S banned in the Netherlands.
