VoIP provider Vonage has contracted Amdocs to deliver BSS systems for the former's US, Canadian and UK operations.
Vonage said the ongoing expansion of its product range was creating the need for more flexibility in its customer management, billing and ordering capabilities.
The operator will deploy Amdocs' BSS Pack, the vendor's off-the-shelf charging, ordering, enterprise product catalog and activation management solution.
Amdocs announced the contract win at its Amdocs 2010 Global InTouch Business Forum customer and partner event, which was held earlier this month.
