Note to prospective jurors: even lawyers are starting to use computers. The traditional questioning of juror prospects called "voir dire" (Latin for "to speak the truth") has become "voir Google".

According to Reuters, if you let it all hang out on Facebook, Twitter or your personal blog, then don't expect to get picked in the US for jury duty. Jury consultants troll the internet looking for biases for or against their clients.

In one case against agricultural giant ConAgra, a prospective juror was questionable after personal blog revelations that he hated big corporations and was "not lovin' it" in all things McDonalds. In another case with a black defendant, a white juror was deemed favorable for having a picture of a black friend on her Facebook page.
