Veeva Japan has started operation of a Tokyo data center that utilizes NTT Com’s global cloud service Biz Hosting Enterprise Cloud as a platform to better serve Japanese customers.
Veeva Systems has been providing a variety of cloud services, including customer relationship management (CRM) solutions tailored for pharmaceutical companies, offered in cooperation with Force.com, a cloud platform from Salesforce.com.
By moving its overseas system, Veeva Systems allows its customers in Japan to access its services via the domestic communications infrastructure and enjoy its superior reliability, security and performance.
Going forward, the Tokyo data center will also operate as a hub for Veeva Systems’ business in the whole Asia-Pacific region.
