TOT, formerly known as the Telephone Organization of Thailand, has implemented NetCracker's Convergent Billing solution to consolidate its pre-paid and post-paid fixed and mobile rating, charging and billing processes, which were traditionally managed on disparate platforms.
With a combined platform, TOT will not only be able to improve its billing accuracy, flexibility and agility, but it will also be able to support convergent models and deliver innovative services and a superior customer experience.

By bringing together fixed and mobile billing operations into a single system, TOT can streamline processes and launch convergent business models that cater to a wide range of customer needs and expectations without introducing complexities associated with managing a multitude of platforms.
A unified approach to converged BSS allows TOT to maximize operational efficiency, centralize offer and product management processes, support differentiated charging schemes and improve credit control and prevent bill shock.
