TM Forum and sales excellence program provider CeveySystems have formed a partnership to allow TM Forum members to benchmark their sales organizations.
CeveySystems’ International Sales Performance Index benchmarking measures and analyzes major areas that influence the success of a sales team, such as organizational fitness, sales process, and motivational and leadership issues.
The Index is a fee-based benchmarking study designed for software and hardware suppliers, as well as for service Providers whose sales teams have 13-1,000 people. Participating companies receive a detailed management report and an expert appraisal, including specific recommendations for improvement.
