Telekom Brunei has implemented InBill, the wholesale billing and interconnect solution developed by Redknee.
Telekom Brunei launched the solution in January, and is already reporting faster resolution of settlement agreements as a result, Redknee said.
The operator is using the platform to manage its multi-party wholesale billing agreements and search for revenue leakage.
The vendor added that InBill can help address multi-party settlement requirements emerging from customer complaints, while managing even the most complex interconnect agreements.
The software supports interconnect, wholesale, MVNO and content settlements.
