Ron Kao has joined Telegent Systems as vice president of Asia Pacific, responsible for the company’s operations in the region.
Prior to Telegent, Kao was the senior director and general manager of Broadcom’s Taiwan Design Center and Asia Business Development, responsible for product development, customer support, and strategic partnerships in the region.
Telegent has also appointed Esther Liu as vice president of government affairs and M&A in China. Previously Liu served as vice president at SMIC where she drove marketing and sales since 2006.
Fang Li, who joined Telegent approximately one year ago from Motorola, has been promoted to vice president of China sales.
