NTT Comm announces executive changes

NTT Communications Corporation has announced changes in organizational responsibilities.

The company has appointed Tsuyoshi Kawashima as managing director and CEO of NTT Australia, in addition to continue his current role of CEO of NTT Com ICT Solutions (Australia).

Kawashima succeeds Yoshimasa Hashimoto, who has been appointed as head of Open Networks, Network Services.

Anuraag Srivastava joins Tata Teleservices as CFO

Tata Teleservices has appointed Anuraag Srivastava as chief financial officer.

Srivastava has over 20 years of experience as a finance professional, with the last decade spent in leadership roles in finance in consumer goods and telecom businesses in multiple geographies across India, US, UK and South Asia, the Indian firm said.

Prior to joining Tata Teleservices, Srivastava worked at Indus Towers as senior vice president of internal audit and assurance. Before that, he held significant positions at Future Axiom Telecom Ltd and GlaxoSmithkline.

Bharti Enterprises appoints Rahul Bhatnagar as MD & CFO

Bharti Enterprises has named Rahul Bhatnagar as managing director and chief financial officer. He will report to Sunil Bharti Mittal, chairman of Bharti Enterprises.

Bhatnagar takes over from Manoj Kohli, who has assumed the role of executive chairman, SBG Cleantech – a JV between SoftBank, Bharti and Foxconn for renewable energy.

In his new role, Bhatnagar will build strategic business value proposition for Bharti’s non-telecom businesses. He will be responsible for further strengthening the financial management processes and governance of these businesses and also lead new business development for the group.

A chartered accountant, Bhatnagar has over 35 years of global experience spread across diverse industries. His last assignment was with PepsiCo, where he worked for over 19 years in various senior level positions across geographies.
