SAS has launched Customer Link Analytics, a suite for analyzing the content of communications within social networks for marketing purposes.
The product combines analytics tools, visualization, dashboards and reports into a single tool.
It can track elements such as the connections between leaders, followers and others within virtual communities.
SAS also offers a suite of complementary tools, for purposes such as marketing automation and optimization, and real-time decision management.
“Social network analysis lets communications service providers not only prevent customer churn, but also personalize marketing messages for greater cross-selling and up-selling opportunities,” Yankee Group analyst John Paisner said.
