BSS provider Orga Systems has completed a deployment of its real-time charging and billing platform, OPSC Gold, for a European CSP.
The operator has moved more than 1,000 post-paid tariffs to this new rating program in a six-month migration process
It has used the new system to develop a convergent consumer offering allowing multiple family members to use individual minute and SMS bundles.
Orga said the operator had managed to reduce revenue leakage to less than 0.005% from 7% using OPSC Gold.
