For its fiscal year spanning June 2008 to May 2009, Oracle inked either new or extended contracts with more than 140 communications service providers worldwide.
According to the company, some of its latest contracts and contact extensions include those with Companhia de Telecommunicacoes do Brasil Central for an extension on the licenses for Oracle Communications Service Fulfillment Suite to support its wireline and wireless services for both prepaid and postpaid customers; SFR Réunion for Oracle’s Siebel CRM, Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management, Oracle Application Integration Architecture for Communications, Oracle Database and Oracle SOA Suite; and Tikona Digital Networks for Oracle Communications Service Delivery to introduce new, converged services.
