Vidyo and NCR have forged a global OEM agreement to bring Vidyo’s high video communication technology to NCR’s Interactive Teller and other omni-channel video solutions worldwide.
This strategic agreement allows NCR to integrate Vidyo’s secure, scalable video communications technology directly into NCR’s product lines, giving customers and service agents a personal, efficient way to interact face-to-face.
NCR’s Interactive Teller will leverage the Vidyo’s technology to embed video banking capabilities within the system, promising customers the choice of self-service or connecting with a remote teller in a personalized, secure, audio/video interaction.
Interactive Teller migrates routine transactions away from the teller counter, resulting in lower processing costs, faster transactions and increased product sales and revenue growth while maintaining a personal touch to banking.
Vidyo’s platform and APIs enable enterprises, developers and solutions providers across a wide variety of markets and applications to deploy cloud-based solutions, including hybrid, and on-premises solutions that address increasing demands to integrate visual communications into productivity solutions, workflows and business processes.
Also, Vidyo’s Hosted VidyoConferencing offering provides teams of any size the tools to deploy simple, optimized, cloud-based video collaboration with a rich feature set.
Further, Vidyo’s upcoming PaaS offering will give developers a simplified way to embed secure, scalable, multi-party video and collaboration into any workflow, application, endpoint or IoT form factor.
