What's your outlook on mobile WiMAX service‾

In Korea, we already commercialized mobile WiMAX technology, and there are many operators that are seriously considering mobile WiMAX service as their 4G or next-gen mobile technology. Mobile WiMAX is not only a technology hitting the market at the right time, but it is also the most suitable technology to evolve 4G services in the future by adopting OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Access), MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) and smart antennas.

I am confident that mobile WiMAX service will grow very fast and eventually mobile WiMAX service will become one of the most popular technologies, chosen by major operators. Carriers ready to adopt mobile WiMAX services can lead the future telecoms industry and go ahead of their competitors.
