Genband announced that Merrill & Associates, a service and integration leader in business communication systems and IT consulting, has selected Benband’s NUViA cloud service to power its advanced Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) offering.
Branded COPiA, the new offering provides Merrill & Associates’ enterprise and government customers advanced multimedia communications and business continuity services from the cloud without upfront investment in equipment or ongoing maintenance requirements.
