LHS has implemented billing and customer care system BSCS iX for Singapore's StarHub to support the info-communications firm's range of information, communications and entertainment services.
The system has been successfully implemented in collaboration with Accenture, one of LHS' partners for system integration.
According to LHS, the additional flexibility that BSCS iX provides will allow StarHub to constantly and quickly launch new world-class services with innovative and useful features. This will boost customer revenue and strengthen its position as a leading info-communications provider in the region.
