Intec posted revenue of 80.3 million pounds ($131.6 million) in the fiscal first half ended March 31, a 40% improvement from the 57.2 million pounds ($93.8 million) chalked up in the same period a year ago.
Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (Ebitda) reached 12.9 million pounds ($21.1 million), up 169% from last year's 4.8 million pounds ($7.9 million).
According to Intec, the global economic downturn has not materially impacted its business performance, with its first-half results being its best to date.
The company placed organic growth at 15% and license revenue growth at 31%. Growth was particularly strong in the Americas at 35%.
