Huawei has launched a series of digital tools to analyze and adjust for the stress mobile apps can place on wireless networks.
Huawei said adoption of smartphones and the number of mobile applications in use have risen significantly in recent years, leading to network signaling storms.
To address this issue, Huawei said it has developed the Apps Insider, which analyzes, evaluates and ranks mobile applications according to how they impact network performance and user experience, providing suggestions for overall optimization.
As a result, operators are able to reassign network resources for applications, and developers can improve the efficiency of their applications to reduce their impact on network performance and user experience, Huawei said.
