HTC hires Ray Yam to lead China operations

Ray Yam has joined HTC as corporate vice president and head of HTC Communication in China.

Reporting directly to Fred Liu, president of engineering and sales, Yam will be responsible for all sales, marketing and operations activities for HTC in the nation.

Prior to joining HTC, Yam has held management positions in the mobile industry with LG Electronics, Motorola and Nokia.
