HKBN Enterprise Services (HKBNES) has announced it will extend its fiber coverage to 19 commercial Wharf Holdings buildings across Hong Kong.
HKBNES expects to extend the network to 15 of Wharf's commercial buildings in Central, Tsim Sha Tsui (Canton Road), Causeway Bay, Kowloon Bay and Kwun Tong.
Coverage to a further four buildings in Tsim Sha Tsui and Hung Hom will be rolled out by mid-2018.
Once complete, the company will offer the over 1,500 tenants at these buildings up to 50% of their monthly bills for 24 months.
HKBN Group COO for enterprise solutions Billy Yeung said the promotional offer is aimed at sending a clear signal to potential enterprise customers.
"Our message is loud and clear -- HKBNES is a strong contender in the enterprise communications market, offering top-value, premium solutions to companies across Hong Kong, including those formerly beyond the reach of our fiber network,” he said.
HKBNES is Hong Kong's larger provider of residential high speed fibre broadband services offering speeds of between 100Mbps and 1Gbps. HKBN's fiber network covers over 2.2 million residential homes passed, representing approximately 81% of Hong Kong's total residential units, and more than 2,300 commercial buildings.
