Globecomm Systems Inc. has secured multiple infrastructure contracts valued at $2.1 million for a foreign government military agency and a major US broadcaster.
The first contract, an amendment to an existing deal, is for the expansion of an existing network for a foreign government military agency. This contract is scheduled for completion in the company's fiscal third quarter ending March 31, 2007.
The second contract, which is scheduled for completion in the company's fiscal second quarter ending Dec. 31, involves the provision of two earth stations, related subsystems and one year of field maintenance to a US broadcaster. The installation is for the continued expansion of the customer's existing major broadcast network.
