Thai operator TOT has selectedLoxley, Samart I-Mobile and 365 Communications to operate its 3G wireless broadband services as MVNOs.

ZTE has announced it will collaborate with SingTel to carry out LTE trials in the Philippines. The two companies have also agree to work on long-term planning for LTE network planning, ZTE said.
