T-Mobile USA plans to start to selling mobile phones with computer-like features and Wi-Fi. T-Mobile said the phones from Taiwan's High Tech Computer runs on a Microsoft operating system and has a minicomputer-like keyboard designed to make it easier for consumers to use the phone for emailing.
