Ericsson’s Voyager II, the most advanced Digital Satellite News Gathering solution on the market has been deployed by Chinese broadcasters Chongqing TV and Qinghai TV to enable them to deliver the next generation live HD experience.
Qinghai TV is a Mandarin language broadcaster in the Qinghai province, broadcasting to 5 million consumers in Qinghai. Chongqing TV has over 4 million cable subscribers across the 40 counties of Chongqing in southwest China.
These deployments further enhance Ericsson’s position as a market leader for TV solutions in the Asia Pacific region.
