Another chapter for one of the oldest rivalries in national teams history as England will play against Scotland in Wembley for the second round of Group D. Just like in Euro 1996 group stage when it was the last time, they played against each other in Wembley. That match ended 2-0 for the English team, but Scotland will want a better result this time. After winning for the first time the opener game of the Euros, England is one the most favorites team to go all the way and take the trophy home. They dominated the World Cup 2018 finalists Croatia, winning 1-0 by taking revenge on that world cup semi-final. On the other hand, Scotland lost at home to the Czech Republic 2-0, making it even more challenging to pass through group stages. They will try to get the best out of this match, even though they have a tough opponent. Which team of Great Britain will triumph? This Friday all eyes are on Wembley.

Head to head matches

Until now, there have been 11 matches between these sides since 1950 until 2017. There have been World Cup qualifiers (1950,1954,2016,2017), Euro qualifiers (1967,1968,1999), Euro group stages (1996), and two national friendlies (2013,2014). There have been seven wins for England, two wins for Scotland, and two draws. Scotland will want to improve that, but England will not be easy to take.

Injury updates

Both teams have one player injured, and they are from the Premier League. England will have to do without Jack Grealishhe (Aston Villa captain) due to his leg injury, while Scotland doesn't have part of their team the Arsenal player, Kieran Tierney. Huge blow ahead of this big match!

Playing at Wembley gives England a big advantage against the Scottish team. Their previous matches between them make you think for England again. Also, the late form is perfect for The Three Lions, differently from their rivals. England will want to go all the way to this competition, so their next target is Scotland. They have all that it takes to do it. It won't be easy taking points for Scotland, seeing that they failed at home against the Czech Republic. The next two games for them are tough challenges. As for Livestream, you can watch the game at ITV Hub Platform and BBC. For the odds, you can visit Bet365, William Hill, and 1xbet.

Prediction: England to win (1.30) and Over 2.5 goals (1.90)
