Sterlite Technologies' telecom software division, Elitecore, showcased advanced features in its Service Management Platform (SMP) modules including Captive Portal, Analytics and Monetization Framework at Wireless Global Congress 2016 held in England.

These functionalities promise to help service providers to deploy customer centric personalized services and accelerate time to market innovative plans.

“The launch of advanced features in SMP will bring critical differentiation in its solutions portfolio and will enable service provider to roll out next-gen digitized business offerings with tailored approach,” said Akshat Joshi, VP of Wi-Fi Business at Sterlite Tech-Elitecore. “This will ensure new revenue opportunities and transform the customer engagement and delivery.”

New features include a portal that enables service providers and the venue owners to devise their own portal template. With a secured work flow configuration, this feature allows to create a new template or edit the look and feel for an existing one based on a particular brand, venue etc. as needed.

There is also Wi-Fi experience analytics that enables business intelligence by collecting data insights from existing SMP, monetization framework as well as from other network and IT systems and co-relating the impact of data usage, network performance, location performance, subscriber preferences, subscriber profile, duration of access, etc.

The new features also include Ad management intelligence, part of Wi-Fi monetization framework, that enables auto prioritization and scheduling of Ad campaign based on location, time, audience etc., dynamic creative generation in multiple responsive formats for web portal and mobile app and performance management analysis for advertisements.
