Cloud technology advisory firm,CloudFX has opened Australian offices on the back of strong demand from leading businesses within the region.
The firm opened offices in Melbourne and Sydney earlier this month, following detailed research into the region and discussions with potential new partners.
“We are truly excited about the potential to bring value to the Enterprise and Public Cloud provider market in Australia, which is widely regarded as one of the most mature Virtualization markets. However, when seen in the context of leveraging highly automated, rapidly provisioned, seamlessly orchestrated IT services to enable businesses to achieve their objectives, Australian Enterprises are really at the start of the journey,” CloudFX President & CEO Damian Crotty said.
According to Crotty, it is apparent that organizations in Australia are aware of the need to move forward and adopt a streamlined approach to Cloud solutions.
The expansion into Australia is a step further in long term plans for CloudFX's global growth agenda. It leads further growth efforts in North Asia with markets such as Japan showing significant opportunity and need for Cloud computing solutions.
The Singapore-headquartered firm is the only one of its kind in Asia-Pacific and has seen significant growth in the past four years. Since its inception in 2009, CloudFX has expanded rapidly within the region, with offices in Malaysia and Indonesia established in 2011.
