Taiwan's Chunghwa Telecom has set up a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City, the largest commercial hub in Vietnam, a company official said
The Vietnam office is Chunghwa's second rep office abroad after Thailand's Bangkok, said Hank Wang, a company spokesman. It is located on Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1
'As there are many Taiwanese businessmen in Vietnam, we want to offer services, such as corporate communications solutions and sales,' Wang added
Chunghwa Telecom also wants to enhance cooperation with local telecom operators, a corporate statement said
