China-based Pactera Technology International has entered into several agreements with the ChinaSoft International group related to its outsourcing business with Huawei.
Pactera and its affiliates will sell to ChinaSoft and its affiliates the Huawei operations, including relevant business contracts as well as assets and leases.
The transaction is expected to close within this quarter.
