CNN has partnered with LiveABC Interactive to offer to Chinese speakers its first English learning mobile application for Windows phone users. Supported only on Windows Mobile 5.0 or later versions, the new app features CNN news video, bilingual interchangeable subtitles, quizzes, personalization, and dictionary.

SK Telecom unveils telematics service for electric cars

SK Telecom unveiled at Auto China 2010 its first-ever Mobile In Vehicle (MIV) telematics service for electric cars.
