A major APAC communication service provider (CSP) has selected Comverse to power its expansion to multi-play services, including the addition of a new major nationwide broadband line of business.
To launch its new broadband internet service, the CSP selected Comverse Policy Manager (PCRF), which meets the CSP’s needs for dynamic quote updates, quality of service modifications, real-time alerts and notifications and more.
This operator opted for the software-based solution mode, streamlining installation and deployment of the PCRF system in its data center and benefiting from significant cost advantages.
Tightly integrated with the Comverse Policy Manager, the existing Kenan BSS solution will be the backbone of the CSP’s multi-play venture, providing single-source convenience for customer care and technical support.
