The silver medalist of the Olympic Games-2022, Alexandra Trusova, surprised fans with a new rather unusual hobby - strip plastic.
Previously, a immodest dance in high heels was shown by figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva. Now, it seems, Zhenya has a worthy competitor outside of ice skating.

Some are even sure that strip plastic is a useful hobby for a skater. “How much sexuality!”, “The girl has grown”, “This is a bomb!”, “What are you doing, my God!”, “Very unexpectedly!”, subscribers wrote in Trusova’s Telegram channel.
It's time to get to know the plastic "Russian Rocket" Sasha Trusova closer.
Fateful move to Moscow
The girl was born on June 23, 2004 in Ryazan and from the age of four she got on roller skates, and then immediately on skates. Sasha's first coach was Olga Shvetsova, who immediately saw in her important qualities for figure skating - perseverance and endurance. During training, the girl revealed a talent - good jumping ability. For a solo figure skater, such qualities are very important. Against the background of other children, Sasha immediately began to stand out. Later, Larisa Melkova became the mentor of the young figure skater.
The work of the parents forced the Trusov family to move to Moscow. There, the girl continued to go to a sports school, and after a while she got to the Khrustalny skating rink. First, Alexander Volkov was Sasha's coach, and then Anna Tsareva.
The career of the young figure skater went uphill after getting to the famous coach Eteri Tutberidze. Among her students there are world stars like Evgenia Medvedeva and Alina Zagitova.
In 2014, under the supervision of Tutberidze, Trusova made her debut at the Moscow Championship. Sasha attended school in the evenings, having time to study well with a heavy workload. Mathematics became her favorite subject.
Trusova's first achievements
In 2017, the athlete won her first victory at the Junior Grand Prix in Brisbane, where she surprised the jury members with a quad. A year later, at the Junior World Championships, she already jumped two quads, and later, at a tournament in Bulgaria, she set a world record for a free program and showed a quad lutz.
In 2019, Trusova won again at the Japanese tournament "Japan Open". So, in one program, she performed four quad jumps for the first time in the history of women's single skating. In the autumn of the same year, the athlete won the “gold” of the Skate Canada Grand Prix, becoming the record holder in terms of the number of points.
Transition to Evgeni Plushenko
In the spring of 2020, Sasha was supposed to represent the Russian team along with Anna Shcherbakova and Alena Kostornaya at the World Championships in Canada, but the competition was canceled due to the coronavirus. After that, the skater changed her coach; she left Eteri Tutberidze for Evgeni Plushenko. A little later, Alena Kostornaya also left the famous coach.
Trusova explained her decision by the fact that the two-time Olympic champion would be able to teach her stability and error-free skating.
Under his supervision, Trusova won the Russian Cup in Moscow and Kazan. Also in December 2020, Sasha won the “bronze” of the Russian championship, losing to the pupils of Eteri Tutberidze - Anna Shcherbakova and Kamila Valieva.
Return to Eteri Tutberidze and performance at the Olympics
At the World Championships in Stockholm, the skater also became only third due to a fall in the free program. However, the main news awaited Trusova's fans a little later - the girl returned to Tutberidze after the world championship. This time, Sasha explained the transition as follows: “Still, I’m used to performing with Eteri Georgievna. I decided that it would be better for me.”
The return was successful. First, the skater took the “silver” of the Russian Championship, and then the “bronze” of the European Championship. Ahead there was the most important start for Trusova - the Olympics.
Sasha's performance at the Beijing Games was a triumph. For the first time in history, she performed five quad jumps, earned 177.13 points in a free program and took silver. Trusova was only beaten by her teammate Anna Shcherbakova.
However, the result did not satisfy the maximalist Trusova. “I hate this sport! I hate it all! I'm not going to the awards. Everyone has a gold medal. I will never go out on the ice again in my life. This is impossible,” the figure skater shouted with tears in her eyes after grading. We hope that Sasha will take the Olympic gold.
Hobby of Sasha Trusova
Due to training and school, the skater does not have much free time. But every spare moment that she has Sasha reads fantasy and plays with his dog Tina. On weekends, she prefers to walk outdoors and ride a bike. Now strip plastic has also been added to the skater's hobby list.
Sasha is often asked if she regrets losing her childhood due to figure skating. She always unhesitatingly answers in the negative: “I’m spending my childhood more interesting and happier than most children. After all, I am doing what I love very much and without which I can no longer live. I follow my dream."
We wish you to follow your dream, like Sasha Trusova. An ordinary girl from Ryazan became a real figure skating star, performed five quad jumps and created history in front of millions of people. It costs a lot!
