Dota Pro Circuit 2023: Season 2 European Start Date

Dota Pro Circuit 2023

In Europe, Season 2 of Dota Pro Circuit 2023 will start on March 13th. This year, Valve went easy on the players and decided to have a three-week league season instead of the six-week season in 2022 that everyone complained about. Teams will now play two or three games a week, which is perfect for them and the audience. We're going to see nine to ten games from top European teams every week, and that's just great. The final match of the cybersports tournament on Dota between OG and Entity is scheduled for April 2nd. The schedule for all matches of the championship is published below.

What teams will participate in Dota Pro Circuit 2023: Season 2 for Europe?

Kuro KuroKy Salehi Takhasomi

Dota Pro Circuit 2023: Season 2 will feature eight of the strongest teams in Europe. Six of them stayed in Division I due to good performances in the last DPC season. They are Entity, Gaimin Gladiators, Nigma Galaxy, OG, Team Liquid and Tundra Esports. Two more teams were selected for the cybersports tournament based on the results of the Division II competitions. We are talking about Ooredoo Thunders and Monaspa. The players of these teams performed well last season and earned the right to try their luck in the top division of Europe. However, it's unlikely they'll be able to stay there due to the extremely high competition. After all, at the moment Europe is the strongest region in the Dota 2 discipline in the world.

In Europe, the main favorite of DPC 2023 Season 2 is Gaimin Gladiators. They are currently the strongest team in the region. They did well last season, finishing second and then winning the Lima Major 2023 without losing a single map during the playoffs. That's more than a good result. So in the upcoming Dota 2 cybersports tournament, Gaimin Gladiators should definitely place high or even win.

Team Liquid is also one of the favorites for the championship. The team was the champion last season and finished second in the Peruvian Major, losing only to Gaimin Gladiators. It should be noted that the Liquids competed with stand-ins, so they weren't able to show their full strength. Dota Pro Circuit 2023: Season 2 is a great opportunity for Team Liquid to take revenge on Gaimin Gladiators. This team definitely can't be left out.
